These terms apply when you order from Mallaiah Farms through this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
An order is placed once you complete checkout and see the confirmation screen. We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if we do not deliver to your pincode, or if the delivery slot you chose is full. If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Meat is a natural product cut to order, so the delivered weight may differ slightly from the pack size shown. Prices can change without notice, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
You can pay online through Razorpay or in cash on delivery. An online order is only confirmed once Razorpay reports the payment as successful — if a payment fails or you close the payment window, the order is not placed and nothing is dispatched. For cash orders, please have the amount ready for our delivery staff.
We deliver only to the pincodes listed at checkout, in the slot you select. We will do our best to arrive within that slot, but traffic, weather and supply can delay us. If nobody is available at the address and we cannot reach you on the number given, we may have to return the order; fresh meat cannot be re-attempted later in the day.
You can cancel before we start preparing your order by calling or messaging us — cuts are prepared fresh, so once preparation has begun an order cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled or undelivered paid orders are returned to the original payment method and usually reach you within five to seven working days.
If something is wrong with what you receive, tell us on the day of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it. Because this is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than quality, and we cannot act on complaints raised after the day of delivery.
You are responsible for the mobile number on your account and for the one-time codes sent to it. Please keep your delivery address and number up to date — we deliver to the details you give us.
